Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the item ordered.

Q: Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update the address before it ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security technology. We never store your card details.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible eco-friendly accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Some items (such as hygiene-sensitive accessories or Final Sale products) are not returnable. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, plus your bank’s standard processing time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times may vary, and customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email customer-service@sophicart.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
